Getting started is easy, visit our homepage simply click the orange button in the bottom right corner of the page, and type your question in the text box. Charlie will then quickly process your question and provide you with a real-time response.

You may find that some links appear at the end of the answer, this is referencing where Charlie found the information. You can click on the link if you would like more information.

To make the most out of our AI assistant, here are three quick tips to help you make the most out of your conversations:

Just remember that Charlie only knows only about EMCS and IT, so if you ask it how to make a cake for example, Charlie won’t be able to answer your question.
